She did an amazing job marketing and selling my house for top dollar.I have done home inspections and home purchases with many realtors in the industry and she is the best that I know. She is active in the sale SELLING the house, not just putting it on MLS and waiting for an offer to come in.Demi does what she says she is going to do!!

Demi listed our house and it sold at full listing price in less than 2 weeks. Demi was always there anytime our house was being shown by another agent. Demi gave us great ideas to stage our house . She was even there to help move furniture and other things so our house was at its best. Demi and her staff kept us updated daily and made sure everything was going smoothly.
