She did an amazing job marketing and selling my house for top dollar.I have done home inspections and home purchases with many realtors in the industry and she is the best that I know. She is active in the sale SELLING the house, not just putting it on MLS and waiting for an offer to come in.Demi does what she says she is going to do!!

Demi is an incredible real estate agent. While she is aggressive in representing her clients, she does so in a way that does not come off as "pushy". I would urge anyone in either buying or selling their home to consider using her, since she goes beyond the call of duty and works harder to get the mission accomplished than other agents, which includes educating her clients when they are being unrealistic in their expectations.

I used Demi Fox to purchase my home. It was not an easy purchase, multiple offers in on the property and the seller under these circumstances was taking full advantage of the situation, as of course she was fully entitled to do. Demi was very professional. She worked very hard keeping all parties involved moving forward in a positive direction. We were chosen by the seller, and proceeded forward to complete the purchase and again Demi made great effort into putting together a very complete appraisal package, this lady came loaded with comps and meaningful information. She also helped putting together the financing The result was a successful close. I have been told, work smart not hard, This is not Demi Fox's way she works very hard and is smart too!
